In the event of any inconsistency between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.
1.4 Platform Availability
588ff makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all Bangladeshi public holidays. However, access may be temporarily suspended for scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our control. 588ff accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability, regardless of cause. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance where reasonably practicable.
1.5 Intellectual Property
All content on the 588ff platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 588ff or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without the express written consent of 588ff.
Binding Agreement
Using 588ff in any capacity — including browsing the game lobby without placing bets — constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Terms May Change
588ff may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
English Is Authoritative

Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
The 588ff platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This age restriction is absolute. 588ff employs identity verification procedures to confirm player age during the account registration and withdrawal process. Any account found to have been registered by an individual under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities. Parents and guardians in Bangladesh are strongly encouraged to use device-level parental controls to prevent access to online gaming platforms by minors.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
588ff services are directed at adults in Bangladesh. It is the sole responsibility of each player to confirm that access to and use of online gaming platforms is not prohibited under the laws applicable to their specific location. 588ff makes no representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any particular jurisdiction. Players who access the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is restricted do so entirely at their own risk.
2.3 Registration Requirements
To open a 588ff account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Bangladesh-registered mobile number. You agree to keep all registration information up to date throughout the lifetime of your account. 588ff reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including National Identity Card (NID), passport, or utility bill — to verify the information provided at registration.
2.4 Single Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active 588ff account at any time. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 588ff reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any winnings generated on those accounts, and forfeit deposited funds in accordance with our anti-fraud policy.
2.5 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 588ff Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 588ff will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact 588ff support at [email protected] immediately.

No Duplicate Accounts

Section 3
Account Management
3.1 Account Information Accuracy
You are required to ensure that all information held on your 588ff account is accurate and current at all times. This includes your name, date of birth, address, email address, and linked payment methods. Where information changes — for example, a new mobile number or a change of primary bKash wallet — you must update your account details promptly. 588ff accepts no liability for failed transactions or missed communications where inaccurate account information is on file.
3.2 Account Verification Process
588ff operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. Players may be required to submit identity documents — National Identity Card, passport, or a recent utility bill — before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. Verification requests will be communicated via the registered email address. Failure to complete verification within the specified timeframe may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal functionality.
3.3 Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. 588ff reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts, deducted from the remaining account balance, after providing prior notice to the registered email address. Where an inactive account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. Players wishing to reactivate a previously inactive account should contact [email protected].
3.4 Currency and Balance
All 588ff account balances are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, and winnings are denominated in Taka. Players depositing from payment instruments denominated in another currency acknowledge that conversion may occur at the prevailing exchange rate and that 588ff accepts no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations or associated conversion costs applied by the player's payment provider.
3.5 Communication Preferences
By registering a 588ff account, you consent to receiving transactional communications from 588ff — including deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, bonus alerts, and security notifications — to your registered email address and/or mobile number. 3.6 Account Ownership
A 588ff account is personal to the individual who registered it. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or gifted to another person under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will be treated as a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
588ff currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer to Bangladesh-registered bank accounts (including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank). All payments must originate from an account or instrument registered in your own name. Third-party payments — deposits or withdrawals transacted through accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited.
4.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits to 588ff are generally processed and credited to your account balance in real time. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and network conditions. 588ff does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your mobile wallet or banking provider may apply their own transaction charges. 588ff accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment providers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests submitted to 588ff are processed within 24 hours of approval, subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount and maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier. 588ff reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request that triggers enhanced due diligence thresholds.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering
588ff maintains robust anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Deposits must not be made with funds derived from illegal activity. 588ff reserves the right to suspend, delay, or refuse any transaction that raises reasonable AML concerns, and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required. Players found to be using the 588ff platform to launder funds will have their accounts closed, their balances frozen, and their details reported to appropriate authorities without prior notice.
4.5 Declined Transactions
588ff is not responsible for transactions declined by your payment provider. If a deposit fails to credit to your account within the expected timeframe, you should first confirm the transaction status with your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay provider before contacting 588ff support. Do not re-attempt a deposit until the status of the original transaction has been confirmed, to avoid duplicate charges.

Withdrawal Timeframe

Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New players who successfully register and complete their first qualifying deposit at 588ff may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a minimum deposit threshold, a wagering requirement (the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested), and an expiry period — all of which are specified in the individual promotion terms at the time of the offer. 588ff reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time and without prior notice.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonuses credited to a 588ff account are not immediately withdrawable as cash. Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement — for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in total bets must be placed using the bonus balance before any portion of the bonus can be converted to withdrawable cash. Different game types may contribute differently to the fulfilment of wagering requirements; the specific contribution rates are detailed in the promotion terms for each offer.
5.3 Bonus Abuse and Exploitation
588ff monitors player activity to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Conduct that 588ff considers to constitute bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or opposing bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and using automated or scripted betting strategies specifically to extract bonus value. Where bonus abuse is identified, 588ff reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, close the account, and recover any amounts previously withdrawn as a result of the abuse.
5.4 Promotion Eligibility
Promotions at 588ff are available to eligible registered players only. Some promotions may be restricted by player account tier, deposit history, game type, or geographic location. The eligibility criteria for each promotion are specified in the individual promotion terms. 588ff reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its reasonable discretion, including where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms.
5.5 Seasonal and Event-Based Promotions
588ff runs seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi calendar and major sporting events — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. These promotions are time-limited and their terms are published in full on the 588ff promotions section at the time of launch. 588ff accepts no liability for players who fail to meet promotion conditions within the specified timeframe.

Section 6
Gameplay & Fair Use
6.1 Game Integrity

6.2 Prohibited Player Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 588ff platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
- Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker or live dealer games.
- Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to generate winnings not intended by the game design.
- Match-fixing, insider knowledge exploitation, or any form of fraudulent manipulation of sports betting markets.
- Chargebacks or reversal of deposits after participating in gameplay with those funds.
- Use of VPN, proxy, or anonymising software to circumvent geographic restrictions or security measures.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or software fault, 588ff reserves the right to void bets placed during the affected period and to return stakes to the player's account balance. 588ff is not obligated to pay winnings generated as a result of a known technical error. Players who knowingly continue to place bets after identifying a malfunction are in breach of these Terms and any associated winnings will be voided.
6.4 Sports Betting Rules
Sports betting markets at 588ff — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all other cricket and football markets — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, as published in the sports betting section of the platform. In the event of event cancellation, abandonment, or postponement, settlement rules specific to each market type will apply. 588ff reserves the right to suspend or void any betting market where the integrity of the event is in question.
No Bots or Automation
Use of automated betting software, scripts, or bots is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
No Exploit of Errors
Winnings generated by exploiting known software errors or malfunctions will be voided. Report bugs to [email protected].
Certified Fair Play
All RNG games on 588ff are sourced from independently audited providers. Game outcomes are not manipulated by the platform.
Cricket Betting

Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Suspension by 588ff
588ff reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any player account, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to suspect: a breach of these Terms and Conditions; fraudulent or criminal activity; AML or KYC compliance concerns; duplicate account activity; bonus abuse; or any other conduct that 588ff determines to be harmful to the platform, its players, or its business operations. During a suspension, the player's account balance will be held pending the outcome of any investigation.
7.2 Closure by 588ff
Where an investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, 588ff reserves the right to close the player's account permanently. Depending on the nature of the breach, 588ff may at its discretion: void all pending and historical winnings generated during the period of breach; forfeit the account balance; and/or report the matter to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities. Closure decisions made in connection with confirmed fraud, AML violations, or underage access are final and not subject to appeal.
7.3 Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their 588ff account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — may do so by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining balance will be returned to the player's nominated payment method, subject to completed KYC verification. Voluntary closures for self-exclusion purposes will be processed as a priority in accordance with our responsible gaming commitment.
7.4 Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that their gaming behaviour is becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to make use of the self-exclusion tools available within the 588ff account settings. Self-exclusion prevents login, deposits, and gameplay for the duration of the selected exclusion period. Players who are self-excluded should not attempt to open new accounts during the exclusion period — doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms. Account Closure Warning: Confirmed breaches of these Terms — including fraud, AML violations, duplicate accounts, and underage access — will result in permanent account closure with balances forfeited. These decisions are final.

Self-Exclusion Tools
Self-exclusion is available in account settings after 588ff Login. Excluded players must not open new accounts during the exclusion period.
Section 8
Limitation of Liability
8.1 Nature of Gaming
Online gaming involves financial risk. 8.2 Platform Liability Cap
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 588ff's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any game shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 588ff shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost opportunities, or reputational harm — arising from the use of or inability to use the 588ff platform.
8.3 Force Majeure
588ff shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control — including but not limited to: natural disasters, government action, telecommunications or internet network failures, power outages, cyberattacks, or third-party payment provider failures. In such circumstances, 588ff's obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
8.4 Third-Party Services
The 588ff platform incorporates third-party services including game software from licensed providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi) and payment processing through mobile wallet operators (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and banking partners. 588ff accepts no liability for failures, errors, or delays attributable to these third parties. Any disputes with third-party service providers must be directed to those providers directly.
8.5 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 588ff, its officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses — including legal fees — arising from your breach of these Terms, your fraudulent conduct, your use of the platform in violation of applicable law, or any claim by a third party arising from your use of the platform.
Gambling Involves Risk: You may lose funds deposited on the 588ff platform. Gaming should be treated as entertainment. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. 18+ only.
Liability Cap
588ff's maximum liability to any player is capped at the net deposits made in the 30 days preceding any claim. Indirect or consequential losses are excluded.
Force Majeure
588ff is not liable for service disruptions caused by events outside its reasonable control, including network outages, cyberattacks, or third-party payment failures.
Player Indemnity
Players are responsible for any costs or claims arising from their own breach of these Terms or unlawful use of the 588ff platform.
